2023 INFINITI Q50 vs 2022 INFINITI Q50

Serving Novi, MI

For Novi-area car shoppers looking for a sophisticated, athletic sedan, the Q50 holds strong appeal. The impressive Q50 has been infused with updates since the first generation debuted in 2014. However, the mid-generational 2022 and 2023 model years are identical in all significant areas. You can trust our knowledgeable sales team at Suburban INFINITI of Novi to give you full details about these refined options.

Performance

The same two powertrains offered for the 2022 Q50 are available for the 2023 model year. The Q50 LUXE and Q50 SENSORY trims receive 300 horsepower from a V6 turbo 3.0-liter engine. The Q50 RED SPORT trim has an upgraded variant of this engine that delivers 400 horsepower. For both years, the three available trims have all-wheel drive and a seven-speed automatic transmission. The Q50 RED SPORT trim adds adaptive suspension dampers and enhanced braking capabilities.

Appearance

The confident, enviable style of the 2022 INFINITI Q50 holds steady going into the 2023 model year. This small sedan displays strong curves on the profile from the rounded nose to the raked rear. The premium accents that carry down across the hood trend directly into the chrome-accented, hourglass-like grille. The headlights are distinctly triangular. All trims for 2022 and 2023 come with a sunroof as well as power-folding and heated side mirrors with an auto-dimming function. Advanced trims have summer tires and upgraded accents.

Features

There will be no significant differences in the Q50’s interior and safety equipment between the 2022 and 2023 versions. The base Q50 LUXE trim has desired standard features like a surround-view camera, a dual-zone auto climate control system, adaptive cruise control, leather material, keyless entry, an auto-dimming rear mirror, two central infotainment system screens, Android Auto, wireless Apple CarPlay, heat and memory for the front seats, forward collision mitigation and a Bose sound system with 16 speakers. Stepping up the trim lineup, both models add premium leather material, sports seats, cabin ambiance lighting, and a navigation system.

While the 2022 and 2023 Q50 are similar, there are striking differences between their trim levels. At Suburban INFINITI of Novi, we are passionate about supporting our customers with their research process. Visit our INFINITI showroom today to get better acquainted with the Q50 and its trims.
